Why True West Photos?

Every business has a beginning.

For me, True West Photos didn't begin as a plan to start another business. It began with a camera, a desire to learn, and a passion for creating portraits that people would be proud to display.

Over time, that passion grew into something much bigger.

I realized that a portrait is more than just a photograph. It's often the first impression someone makes. It can open doors to a new career, celebrate an important milestone, capture a season of life, or simply preserve a memory that will be treasured for years.

That's why I created True West Photos.

My goal has never been to simply take pictures. My goal is to create portraits that tell a story—your story. Whether it's a professional headshot, a Teen or Senior portrait, an Actor or Model portfolio, or a Luxe portrait session, every photograph should reflect the personality, confidence, and individuality of the person in front of the camera.

I also believe the experience matters just as much as the finished image.

Many people feel nervous about having their photograph taken. My job is to make every session relaxed, enjoyable, and comfortable so your genuine personality can shine through.
